Chlorella or Spirulina 10 tablets (optional)
Himalayan or Sea Salt Pinch
Garlic ½ Clove (optional)
Lemon juice 2 teaspoons

Make smoothie fresh first thing each morning
Place water in blender/liquidizer first
Chop all Ingredients and blend as you add each ingredient
When all ingredients added blend again until smooth
Divide smoothie in to two servings (each serving is about 300mls).
Consume half before breakfast and second serving refrigerated in an airtight container.
